The staff was very friendly and happy to help! they provided great attention to detail in the room. I saw a hair straightener! linens were white and crisp! robe and complimentary slippers were a plus.
the air conditioning system made noise all night, even after i turned it off! this made it difficult to sleep. the bed wasn't very comfortable! though the location was perfect!

the hotel is in the heart of the city, convenient for exploring the area. there are many restaurants nearby, including a fabulous bakery just doors away! even the locals love the restaurant in front of the hotel.

I found complimentary egg tarts in the lobby. This was available daily. the hotel sits next to a fantastic restaurant that draws long queues every evening. It is called pinóquio. the staff can even reserve you a table.

The location was amazing, offering easy access to many attractions. complimentary beverages like water, tea, and sparkling rosé in the foyer was a great touch. i found the air conditioning very efficient. i really liked the treats in the foyer like mini pastel de natas. It was a lovely gesture.

the room smelled strongly of cooking odors, specifically garlic. room 106 had this issue. the breakfast area was in the basement. the selection was mediocre and items often ran out.

the location proved really convenient. Many main attractions were within a short walk, so exploring the city was easy. the hotel also stood close to several tour meeting points, this fact made our plans smooth.
the air conditioning made noises all night, even after i turned it off. this kept me awake and it bothered me greatly. the bed was not very comfortable either, I couldn't sleep well.
